- Free Range Chickens

Our chickens are tender, juicy and full of flavor because they
are allowed to graze on our pasture and receive a full ration of
Certified Organic feed. They are processed at a State inspected
facility in Hector Minnesota where they are dressed (average weight 5
lbs), vacuum packed and flash frozen to seal in freshness.
Available year round. However, we raise lots of 25 or more at
reduced prices for individuals during the summer months. Follow

- Black-Skinned Chickens (Silkies)

The Silkies have black skins, bones and meat, is considered a
delicacy and are used primarily by the Asian Community for medicinal
purposes. The meat is dry, lean and un-marbled so it is most
commonly used in soup. Raised to order. Free range with a
full ration of Organic Feed with an average dressed weight of 11/2

- Grass Fed Beef

on certified Organic pastures as weather permits. They are processed
in State inspected facility in New Germany Minnesota where they are
packaged and flash frozen to preserve freshness.
